Tiny Painted Peacock Feather Bell
Small painted bell has a Peacock feather hanging downward on the front; and a plain gold painted back. This little rustic, tin bell has a silver base coat on the front, and a gilded gold paint base coat on the back and on the inside. It has an original design by Big Moe's Camp-O-Rama artisan owner, Paula Ellis, painted on the front.
