Estimated Shipping Times

To United States of America: 5-7 business days. We will do our best to meet these estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer. Big Moe's reserves the right of final choice of shipper. We will do our best to choose efficient and affordable shipping carriers for the safe arrival of your items.

To International Destinations: Please inquire prior to purchase to receive a shipping time estimate based on your location.

 

International Fees

International customers are responsible for payment of all customs fees, import taxes, and any other charges not listed here incurred by the purchase and shipment of products from Big Moe's Camp-O-Rama.

To Purchase Products Online on Our Social Media Sites

We post items for sale on multiple sites simultaneously.

Purchase directly from our website, or reserve the item you want to purchase by sending a Direct Message on our social media sites. The item will be reserved for the first buyer to purchase or comment, based on time, and compared against all listings of the same item posted on multiple sites.

 

Payment

Payment is required within 24 hours of reserving the item, or the sale will be cancelled, and the item relisted.

Payment in full is required before product is shipped.

Big Moe's Camp-O-Rama accepts payment via Paypal for online purchases. Please provide an email for invoicing at time of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Most items will be accepted for return or exchange.

Contact Big Moe's Camp-O-Rama within 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back to Big Moe's Camp-O-Rama within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition.

Return shipping costs to be paid by buyer.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Individual privacy and personal safety is protected on this site. Full names, combined with exact locations are not published.
